Welcome to the Gulf Coast Town Center website. By accessing or using our website, services, and the features on this website (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use (the “Terms”). 3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, graphics, design, images, photographs, videos, text, digitally downloadable files, trademarks, logos, brand names, slogans, data, code, and the compilation of the foregoing (collectively “content”) is protected in Canada, the United States, and internationally under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights and intellectual property laws. The NADG names, shopping center names, trademarks, service marks, and logos appearing on this Site, are the trademarks (whether registered, or unregistered) of NADG (the “NADG Marks”) or an affiliate of NADG. All other trademarks, company names, service marks, and logos (“third-party marks”) displayed or otherwise used on this Site are the property of their respective owners. You are not authorized to display or use the NADG Marks in any manner without our prior written permission. You are not authorized to display or use any third-party marks without the prior written permission of the respective owners. The use or misuse of the NADG Marks or third-party marks, except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited. NADG reserves all of its rights in respect of the NADG Marks, and nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as granting you any ownership rights to the NADG Marks.
4. Limited License, Restrictions and Prohibitions on Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license (a) to access and use the Site strictly in accordance with these Terms; (b) to use the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes; and (c) to print out discrete information from the Site solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes, provided that you maintain all copyright notices and other proprietary notices contained therein.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province or state where the Shopping Center is located (without regard to conflict of law principles). All legal disputes, claims, and proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be brought solely where the Shopping Center is located, and you expressly submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located therein. Should any part of these Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law, and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that anything in or associated with the Site is in conflict or inconsistent with these Terms, these Terms shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. NADG may translate these Terms into other languages. Any inconsistencies among the different versions will be resolved in favour of the English version.
