What's better than enjoying some yoga in a room filled with cats?!
Nancy Dengler will be hosting our Yoga with Cats sessions at Cattyshack Cafe and is a RYT500, Pilates Instructor, and an animal lover.
The session will be gentle yoga, suitable for all levels (including beginners!) and after the session all participants will have additional time to mingle with our adoptable cats and kittens from Gulf Coast Humane Society.
Each guest will be asked to BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) and should wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for movement.
